For over 30 years, Mirko Puljic has been captivated by the mountains, snow, and rugged beauty of the Australian Alps. Growing up with a deep connection to nature, his love for the alpine lifestyle is woven into his DNA - his Croatian heritage linking him to landscapes strikingly similar to those of the Snowy Mountains.

What began as a hobby quickly evolved into a lifelong passion. Skiing and outdoor sports have shaped his journey, fueling his vision to create exceptional alpine experiences. Since 2005, Mirko has owned and managed Chalet Mirkom, offering high-end accommodations for snow lovers.

In 2015, he took his dream further, acquiring prime land in the heart of Jindabyne. By 2027, this vision will come to life with the completion of four luxury six-bedroom alpine homes, setting a new benchmark for premium mountain stays.
